JAVA APPLETS
There are many different uses for JAVA Applets.   Such as clocks, hit counters, and cookies for site analysis.  Menus, buttons and links for site navigation, or scrolls, banners and message applets for advertisement.  JAVA applets can be created to any specification.

HAVING TROUBLE VIEWING JAVA?

Sometimes a user may have trouble viewing JAVA applets and cookies used store impute information on your computer, gather and encrypt it.  Some PC or Mac users may not have cookies and/or JAVA enabled.  Their computer set-up could have been done as a standard set-up used by a manufacturer, or they might have changed their settings at some point themselves.

Follow these quick steps to ensure you have cookies and JAVA enabled.  You can always go back and disable them after use if preferred.

Netscape Users
From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.  Double click on the Advanced TreeView category.   Check the boxes for cookies and the ones which read Enable Java and Enable Java Script.  Click OK.

Internet Explorer & AOL Users
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.  Click on the Advanced tab.  Then the Custom Level button.  Scroll through the check box options.  Make sure cookies and Java are enabled.  Click OK. then click on the Advanced tab.  Scroll through the check box options and make sure the Microsoft VM Java controls are enabled.  Click OK to close all windows.
